By subscribing to the Black & Blue Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing your membership, monthly deliveries, and use of this service.
1. Eligibility
Members must be of legal cannabis consumption age within their province or territory of residence. By joining the club, you confirm that you are at least 19 years of age (or the legal age applicable in your jurisdiction). That you hold an address accessible by canada post and that payment has been received.
2. Subscription Service
The Black & Blue Club is a recurring monthly cannabis subscription service. Members will receive one (1) ounce of premium AAAA+ cannabis flower delivered monthly, along with complimentary promotional merchandise and member perks when available. Payment is done on an annual bases.
3. Product Selection
Members may select a preferred category including:
Sativa
Indica
Hybrid
Curated Selection (“Dealer’s Choice”)
Specific strains are selected based on current availability, seasonal rotation, and inventory. While preferences are considered, exact strains cannot be guaranteed.
4. Annual Billing
Subscriptions are billed annually on a recurring annual basis using e-transfer. By subscribing, you authorize recurring shipments until your annual membership. Notice of change of address is required by the Black & Blue member a minimum of 30 days before the next shipment to avoid service interruption.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are scheduled at the beginning of each month. Delivery times may vary based on region, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, or regulatory restrictions. Notice of change of address is the responsibility of the member. Change of address not provided will result in an additional shipping fees to the member for redirection.
An adult of legal age may be required to present valid government-issued identification upon delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of cannabis products, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not permitted once an order has been processed or delivered, except where required by applicable law.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, members must contact support within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their subscription at any time prior to the monthly billing date. Cancellations submitted after billing has occurred will apply to the following subscription cycle.
8. Swag & Promotional Items
Complimentary merchandise, promotional products, and bonus items may vary from month to month and are subject to availability. Promotional items hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
9. Responsible Consumption
Cannabis products should be consumed responsibly and stored securely away from minors and pets. Do not operate vehicles or machinery while impaired.
10. Compliance With Laws
Members are responsible for complying with all local, provincial, and federal cannabis laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The Black & Blue Club reserves the right to refuse service where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to Service
The Black & Blue Club reserves the right to modify pricing, strain offerings, delivery schedules, membership benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through the subscription process is used solely for order fulfillment, account management, and member communications in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
